You have 14 days from delivery to return items for a refund.
What You Can Return
T-shirts, hoodies, apparel – unworn, tags attached, original packaging
Defective or wrong items – we’ll try to make it right
A bucket full of gold – we surely didn’t send it, but we’ll take it back
What You Can’t Return
Stickers – it would be a waste of time and energy to send those back, just sticke them onto something!
Custom/personalized items – unless we messed up
Worn clothing – no tags, washed, damaged etc.
Items received over 14 days ago – sorry, too late
How to Return
- Email us first: shop@fcksuv.com with your order number
- We’ll send return instructions and address
- You pay return shipping
- We inspect and refund within 10 business days
Damaged/Wrong Items?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at shop@fcksuv.com. We’ll drop everything and work on your problem.
Refund Timeline
- Approval: 1-3 days after we get your return
- Your bank: 5-10 business days to show up
