We try our best to keep your data secure through technical and organizational measures so third parties can’t access it. Please note that we can’t guarantee complete data security with online communication. The British Secret Service has bigger resources, not to mention the US of A and most people are too lazy to encrypt their emails anyway. Since nobody reads the fine print and thanks to those wonderful GDPR regulations, everyone now blindly gives consent to everything just to click away those mandatory but awfully annoying popups. Therefore by simply viewing this site you’re gifting us your immortal soul. (Collected souls captured on heliographs will eventually be released again)

We use Matomo web analytics service that we host ourselves (because we’re not fans of giving all our data to weird tech bros). It uses those practical cookies which enable analysis of how our website is used. Unlike Google Analytics, all your data stays on our servers in Switzerland and isn’t shared with third parties – because we actually do care about your privacy.
We even anonymise the data by removing the last 8 bits of the IP address, making unique assignment of collected data to a specific IP address impossible.

Right to Information, Correction and Deletion
Upon written request to info@fcksuv.com, we will inform you about all data we have stored about you. Please send us your first name, last name, email address, a copy of official ID (passport, ID card), and a photo of a shoe. This is totally necessary so that no unauthorized person can gain access to your data. We’ll also have a picture of your passport afterwards, which is a bit silly, but we didn’t make the rules.
If you tell us that the data stored about you is correct or incorrect, we will correct, modify, or delete it according to your wishes.
Liability
Although we pay careful attention to the accuracy of published information, no guarantee can be given regarding the content accuracy, precision, timeliness, reliability, and completeness of this information.
